The Biggest Palletizing System in Turkey

Flokontrol commissined the largest palletizing system in Turkey for Lactalis. Within the system there are 10 robots, 3-pallet-capacity shuttle car with a payload of 4 tons, 60 meters of pallet and 300 meters of product conveyor lines.

Total capacity of the entire system is 140 items/min, and pallet capacity is 110 pallets/hour.
